Jill Rissi

Jill Rissi is the Associate Director for Research and Policy at St. Luke's Health Initiatives. Prior to joining SLHI, Ms. Rissi spent eight years with Maricopa County, first as a Management Analyst in the Office of Management and Budget, and later as a Regional Clinic Administrator and Manager of Program Development and Grants Administration within Maricopa Integrated Health System. A Registered Nurse, early in her career Ms. Rissi spent seven years as a staff nurse in the telemetry and trauma units at a local hospital.

Ms. Rissi received baccalaureate degrees in psychology and nursing from Arizona State University, as well as a Master's degree in Public Administration from ASU's School of Public Affairs. She is a past president of the Arizona Nurses' Association; served as vice-chairperson of the ANA Commission on Workplace Advocacy and as a member of the ANA Finance Committee.
