Arizona HealthQuery (AzHQ)

Arizona Health Query is an integrated database of medical records from public and private data sources in Arizona. Thanks to the unprecedented cooperation of funding, operational and data partners, AZHQ has become a powerfully responsive and cost-effective community tool for assessing the health care needs of the state and informing solutions to a wide range of population health and health system issues. The program is currently a joint project of SLHI and Arizona State University.
