Hon Kachina
$150,000 for three years
To support the Hon Kachina Volunteer Awards program

Arizona State University
$20,436 for one year
To conduct a study to determine current dietary patterns, heart disease knowledge and sense of cultural identity among young adult African Americans

Desert Mission Marley House
$16,800 for one year
To help the organization navigate the licensing process for outpatient behavioral health services

Arizona Health Facilities Authority
$50,000 for one year
To fund a primary care planning and network development grant program

About Care
$48,719 for two years
To provide support for a community outreach project directed to the frail elderly, physically challenged and chronically ill homebound residents in the Chandler and Gilbert communities
