If these qualities describe you and your community partners, we would like to talk to you about applying for an SLHI Health in a New Key Partnership Grant. How to Get StartedFirst, read about our Goals and Philosophy, What We're Looking For and the principles and approach of Health in a New Key. They will provide you with background and significant insights into the mission of SLHI and how we work. Second, start the grant application process through a conversation with SLHI staff. We'd like to hear your thoughts regarding the following questions:
Our best investments are collaborative efforts that may entail multiple meetings and/or discussions about the proposed plan prior to the submission of an actual proposal. If we find that there is a mutual fit, a formal proposal is then submitted by program staff to the SLHI Board of Trustees for their consideration twice a year -- in August/September and February/March. (How to Apply) Remember -- talk to us before you submit a proposal. The SLHI Board of Trustees will consider only those proposals from organizations that have had prior discussion with program staff.
