An extensive online library for nonprofits and for-profits, including 675 topics organized into 72 categories. Includes Free Nonprofit Micro-, eMBA(SM), and Free For-Profit Micro-eMBA(SM), online "nuts and bolts" programs in organizational and management development. Programs include online study modules for groups and individuals.

Management Assistant Program (MAP) for Nonprofits
MAP, a peer-based development program, uses peer-coaching and peer-training to achieve outcomes in personal, professional and organizational development for each member.

Center for Community Change
The Center helps people develop the skills and resources they need to improve their communities and to change policies and institutions that adversely affect their lives. Discussion-Oriented Organizational Self-Assessment (DOSA)
A powerful change process that offers participating organizations concrete assessment tools and change methods to identify strengths and weaknesses, interpret data generated by the self-assessment process, and translate findings into action plans for meaningful change. Self-assessment covers 6 measures of organizational capacity and 13 measures of organizational success.
