Gray Land

Housing for People with Serious Mental Illness in Maricopa County

Gray Land is SLHI's January 2008 collaborative inquiry into the housing issues faced by roughly 19,000 persons in Maricopa County's public behavioral health system who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness. As the report notes, this is not a black and white world. "It is a gray land ... that defies a deft description, let alone analysis."
